Notes for Transfer Admission (S1-S5) Application (Sep 2025-2026 Intake)
Our school pioneered ‘one school two streams’ to fully actualize the bi-literate and tri-lingual language policy in 2000. Since then, the EMI (English as the Medium of Instruction) stream has been in operation. Starting from 2013-2014, all junior secondary classes (S1-S3) have adopted English as the medium of instruction. Putonghua is used as the medium of instruction in Chinese Language and Chinese History.

Scholarships and Grants
Our school provides full/partial fee remission for students who have financial needs.
We have also set up the “Nurturing Young Talent Fund” to offer subsidies to financially disadvantaged students for participation in extra-curricular activities.
Complete the online application form before the application deadline and upload the following documents along with your application:
A recent passport photograph of the applicant (H: 5cm x W: 4cm)
Recent two years of school report
An identification document of the applicant (e.g. Hong Kong Identity Card)
If your child holds a "Hong Kong Identity Card" (i.e., Non-permanent Hong Kong Identity Card), you must also submit a photocopy of his/her valid entry document, namely, the One-way Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong or the Dependent Visa and EEP.
Upon receipt of the online application form, the school will issue a confirmation email. Each successfully registered applicant will be scheduled to participate in the first round of the transfer student entrance examination, which will take place approximately one month after successful registration.
According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the personal data provided will be used solely for the application for Transfer Admission places. If the application is successful, the personal data collected will form part of the applicant's official student records. If the application is unsuccessful, all personal data will be destroyed.
Application Fee
The application fee is HK$75. Payment should be made by PayPal or credit card.
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If your computer has internet security software installed (e.g., Kaspersky Internet Security, Norton Internet Security), please note that the safe payment function of the software (e.g., Safe Money) may affect the payment process on the PayPal platform. It is recommended to temporarily disable this function in your internet security software to ensure successful completion of the payment process.
Examination Arrangements
Applicants will be notified via email one week prior to the scheduled examination regarding the details of the First Round Entrance Assessment. Candidates are required to attend the examination at the designated time and bring the following items:
Entrance Examination Notification Letter
A copy of the Hong Kong Identity Card (The school will verify the applicant’s identity card number. Any discrepancies may lead to cancellation of the application.)
Necessary stationery and a calculator
The First Round Examination will last for one hour and will cover three subjects: Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
Candidates who successfully pass the first round may be invited to participate in the Second Round Examination. Relevant arrangements and details will be communicated to parents via email approximately two weeks after the completion of the first round.
