School prefects dedicate their time and effort to reinforcing discipline on campus. They help monitor students, deal with minor disciplinary cases and devise and execute disciplinary plans for school functions, such as the Opening Ceremony and Sports Day. Through these daily routines and regular training, their leadership, organization and management skills improve. They are all willing to serve and have a great sense of belonging to school. Potential team members are recommended by class teachers, and then they have to pass the interviews and trial periods to officially join the force.
